Enterprise Sales Executive – based in Anaheim Hills, Orange County, California

Job description:

Parsec Automation Corp. is the developer of one of the leading manufacturing operations management software applications, TrakSYS™. The application suite is an industry leader with references from world-class users, primarily made up of Fortune 500 companies.

Parsec is looking for an experienced and motivated entrepreneurial software sales executive with at least 10 years of total sales experience, including five years of directly driving complex/enterprise software sales. The nature of the position will favor an individual with proven enterprise software sales experience in the manufacturing sector (pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, automotive, etc.), accomplished verbal and written communication skills, resourcefulness and the ability to call at a high level to complete the sales based on merits and ROI. The sales cycle is 3 to 12 months. This position opening is due to growth and expansion of the company. A competitive base salary and generous commission package will be provided, commensurate with experience.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience selling complex software to manufacturing companies
• Must be an excellent prospector
• Must be highly productive and driven to succeed
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have advanced expertise with MS Office applications
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player
• Must be able to take the sales process from start to finish with little outside assistance
• BS in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, software technology, Internet technology)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
• Ability to travel between 15% and 35% of your work schedule

Software Test Engineer - based in Anaheim Hills, Orange County, California

Job description:

Many of the largest manufacturing companies worldwide use TrakSYS to improve their operational productivity. Parsec is looking for a qualified applicant to develop, participate, and document our testing programs. The position requires strong technical and interpersonal skills. The applicant must be capable of working independently at times as well as within a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and document software Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Execute Test Plans and document Test Case results.
• Identify, log and facilitate resolution of suspected issues with functional and technical groups.
• Participate in software beta testing programs.
• Learn and understand the TrakSYS software suite in order to facilitate testing activities.
• Learn and adapt to the Parsec culture and methodology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a QA environment.
• Highly organized.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Entry Level Software Developer – based in Anaheim Hills, Orange County, California

Job description:

Parsec is looking for an entry level application developer/engineer to assist in software product development and implementation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Under the direction of development managers and architects, design, document and develop software features for the TrakSYS product using .NET, SQL Server and web technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript).
• Assist with the development and execution of software Test Plans and Test Cases
• Assist the technical support engineers with the diagnosing and resolution of reported software defects
• Assist with TrakSYS project implementations (the application of the completed TrakSYS software)
• Learn and understand the TrakSYS software suite in order to facilitate development of features
• Learn and adapt to the Parsec culture and methodology

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Less than 3 years of software development experience.
