Parsec offers a variety of training opportunities to provide our customers with
the choice that best fits their specific needs:
- Web-based training
- Standard (classroom, instructor-led) training
- Custom training
Web-based Training
Parsec provides periodic webcasts to inform customers of the latest product developments,
features and functions, and to provide "how-to" tips and pointers to maximize the
value derived from TrakSYS. These sessions are interactive and afford you the opportunity
to ask questions of the experts conducting the webcast. These webcasts are free
of charge to subscribers of the annual Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA).
Classroom Training
Customers may participate in standard, instructor-led training at Parsec's headquarters
in Anaheim, California and other locations around the world. Both Basic and Advanced
TrakSYS training sessions are available. The coursework is designed to enhance the
learning experience to help you become more proficient in implementing TrakSYS.
The classes are interactive and designed to allow the instructor to work one-on-one
with the participants.

Customized Training
Parsec can customize the training to meet your exact needs. Custom training classes
may be conducted on site to reduce the inconvenience of having to send a group of
users to a remote facility.
