The TrakSYS™ Basic Training Course is a 3-day instructor-led class which provides the participants with a fundamental overview of the concepts and terms associated with TrakSYS.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to configure TrakSYS to effectively address their productivity improvement and decision support requirements. The course will concentrate on tracking, monitoring, and reporting production events and activities. The participant will develop an understanding of why and how TrakSYS is utilized as a real-time operations and performance management tool. The course will also teach how to retrieve and report key performance indicator (KPI) data and other business intelligence that can optimize production processes using the WEBTrak Knowledge Management Portal.

TrakSYS Advanced Training Courses

TrakSYS Advanced Training Courses are instructor-led classes designed for experienced users with a working knowledge of TrakSYS fundamentals. These classes cover how to customize and extend the functionality of the base TrakSYS solution using a variety of development methods and techniques.

Upon completion of the 2-day Advanced Training Course, participants will develop a comprehensive knowledge of different TrakSYS development tools, scripts, extensions, and other advanced configuration options. They expertise is customizing the EVENTTrak Operator Interface for specific user requirements, custom report development using dashboards in the WEBTrak Knowledge Management Portal, and integrating TrakSYS with different external business systems and applications.
