Enterprise Sales Executive
Job description:
Parsec, the developer of TrakSYS the industry leading real-time performance management
software for manufacturing, is looking for an experienced, motivated, entrepreneurial software
sales executive with approx. 5 - 10 years total sales experience, including at least 2 years of
complex/enterprise software sales experience. The application suite is an industry leader in
rapidly growing market with great references from world-class users.
The nature of the position will favor an individual with strong enterprise software sales experience
in the manufacturing sector (pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, automotive, etc.),
accomplished verbal and written communication skills, resourcefulness and the ability to call at a high
level to complete the sales based on merits and ROI. Positions available in various geographies.
Can work from a home office (must be disciplined). The sales cycle is 3 to 6 months. Position opening
is due to growth / expansion.
Key Requirements:

California.
Position involves providing consulting and implementation services, related to a
shrink-wrap software package, that enables Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies
to measure and improve factory performance.
Manufacturing Applications Engineer/Consultant
Skills: Working knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server, SQL Server™, IIS, and ASP
is essential.

Job Description:
Position involves providing consulting and implementation services, related to a
shrink-wrap software package, that enables Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies
to measure and improve factory performance. This data collection / performance
management solution directly aligns with many manufacturing companies
objectives related to World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE,
Asset Utilization, and Six Sigma.
Applicants should have an electrical engineering or similar educational
background and some prior experience within a manufacturing environment.
Essential skills include working with clients to determine needs, translating
those needs to the capabilities of the software package, installing and
implementing the software. Working knowledge of Windows 2000 Server, SQL
Server™, IIS, and ASP is essential. Knowledge of industrial networks and
equipment, PLCs, and SCADA systems is a definite plus. Excellent writing and
verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to meet with senior
level executives to clearly articulate the value of this solution.
Position involves extensive travel, both in the US and possibly abroad.
