Official Rules:

1. Entrant must be over 18 years of age and an employee responsible for the manufacturing production of their organization. Employees of Parsec Automation and affiliated companies and members of those employees' immediate families are not eligible.
2. In order to be eligible to win the free TrakSYS training, entrant must sign up and attend a one-hour TrakSYS web tour. Attendance to meeting is free. Available date and time will be decided by the entrant based on open presentation times available, but must be completed within 30 days of signing up.
3. Prize: Four hours of web training support for TrakSYS software full version or 60-day evaluation. Substitution for any prize may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
4. Entries must be received by deadline noted on specific contest page. Contest drawings are held once a month beginning February 18, 2005 and the training will be offered once a quarter throughout the year.
5. One entry per manufacturing location. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be accepted. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
6. Parsec Automation is not responsible for technical failures in or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entry transmissions. Parsec Automation is not responsible for any damage to participant's computer occasioned by participation in the promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion.
7. Winner will be notified by mail, e-mail or telephone within 30 days of the drawing.
8. Any prize or prize notification returned to the sponsor as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
9. Except as required by law, Parsec Automation will not share entrant information with any third parties. Parsec Automation may contact entrants in the future with offers we feel may be of interest. Any claims relating to this drawing must be resolved in the United States.
