TrakSYS™ Basic Training Course [ Course Calendar ]

The TrakSYS™ Basic Training Course is a 3-day instructor-led class which provides the participants with a fundamental overview of the concepts and terms associated with TrakSYS™.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to configure TrakSYS™ to effectively address their productivity improvement and decision support requirements. The course will concentrate on tracking, monitoring, and reporting production events and activities. The participant will develop an understanding of why and how TrakSYS™ is utilized as a real-time performance management and reporting tool. The course will also teach how to retrieve and report key performance indicator (KPI) data and other business intelligence that can optimize production processes using the WEBTrak Knowledge Management Portal.

TrakSYS™ Advanced Training Courses are instructor-led classes designed for experienced users with a working knowledge of TrakSYS™ fundamentals. These classes cover more advanced configuration topics as well as explore techniques for extending and customizing the base TrakSYS™ solution.

Upon completion of the comprehensive 2-day Advanced Training Course, participants will develop a comprehensive knowledge of different TrakSYS™ components and advanced system configuration. They will also achieve expertise in utilization, customization and administration of the EVENTTrak Operator Interface and WEBTrak Knowledge Management Portal.
