Established in 1961, APS Group has grown from a UK-based mailing business into a global marketing and print solutions provider, operating across multiple locations in Europe and North America. The company delivers high-quality print and production services for global customers with demanding performance expectations.
As APS Group continued to scale, limited real-time visibility into equipment performance and productivity made it challenging to support Lean management initiatives. Operators lacked access to consistent KPIs, and leadership needed reliable data to measure efficiency, manage waste, and guide continuous improvement efforts.
