A TrakSYS-powered success story at EOSYS, developed in collaboration with Parsec

EOSYS is a North America–based systems integrator and UL-listed panel manufacturer, delivering turnkey automation and panel fabrication services for industrial and commercial applications. Its manufacturing division operates in a discrete, quality-driven environment where accuracy, traceability, and documentation are essential.

As both an integrator and a manufacturer, EOSYS recognized limitations in its own paper-based processes and lack of real-time visibility into production progress. Administrative workload, delayed insight, and challenges resolving customer inquiries made it clear that internal operations needed the same level of digital rigor EOSYS delivered to its customers.

To address this, EOSYS partnered directly with Parsec to implement TrakSYS within its own facility, establishing a roadmap for discrete manufacturing optimization and creating what would become an internal center of excellence.
