Purity Soft Drinks is a long-established UK manufacturer of juices and juice drinks, producing from its facility in Wednesbury, West Midlands. As one of the country’s oldest soft drink producers, the company operates in a high-volume, quality-driven environment where consistency and performance matter.

As demand for its products increased, Purity relied on paper records and manual data collection that limited visibility into performance, quality, and downtime. The lack of real-time insight made it difficult to accurately track OEE, understand losses, and scale production efficiently.
