Pharmavite, based in California, is a global leader in the vitamin and dietary supplements industry. Its brand, Nature Made, offers a wide array of products including vitamins, probiotics, sleep support, prenatal vitamins, and mood support supplements.
The Challenge
With an extensive range of products, totaling around 120, complex manufacturing and packaging processes, and increasing customer demand, Pharmavite needed to find a way to streamline its operations and enable continuous improvement initiatives.
