Founded in 1958, Jealsa is a Spanish food company with more than 60 years of experience manufacturing canned fish and seafood. Based in Boiro, the company has built a strong reputation for innovation, sustainability, and product quality across Spain and Europe.

As demand for its products continued to rise, Jealsa recognized the need to increase production capacity and efficiency while sustaining strict quality standards. Siloed data, inconsistent implementations, and limited real-time visibility made it difficult to manage performance at scale.
