He works closely with customers worldwide, shaping TrakSYS architecture, features, and training to support scalable, real-world MES deployments.Beyond platform development, Bill is passionate about building and inspiring high-performing engineering teams and fostering a hands-on, innovation-driven culture. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, travel, golf, and spending time with his family. A lifelong technologist, Bill is always eager to explore emerging technologies shaping the future of manufacturing.
Ryan McMartin
Ryan McMartin is the Director of Product Marketing at Parsec, where he helps customers and partners understand and realize the value of modern Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). He focuses on translating real-time manufacturing data into clear business and operational outcomes, enabling manufacturers to make better decisions and act with confidence. Ryan supports the positioning and adoption of TrakSYS, Parsec’s integrated manufacturing operations management platform, helping manufacturers gain visibility across production and supply chain operations to proactively address challenges. His areas of expertise include production scheduling and planning, inventory management, quality assurance, and preventive maintenance.
Nick Rivette
Nick Rivette is a Product Manager at Parsec with a strong background in IT leadership, large-scale program delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. He is known for navigating change, driving strategic initiatives, and translating complex operational needs into practical, scalable product outcomes.
