Bill Rokos is the Chief Technology Officer at Parsec, and has helped guide the development of the TrakSYS manufacturing operations management platform since its inception in 1999. He works closely with customers worldwide, shaping TrakSYS architecture, features, and training to support scalable, real-world MES deployments.Beyond platform development, Bill is passionate about building and inspiring high-performing engineering teams and fostering a hands-on, innovation-driven culture. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, travel, golf, and spending time with his family. A lifelong technologist, Bill is always eager to explore emerging technologies shaping the future of manufacturing.
Ryan McMartin
Ryan McMartin is the Director of Product Marketing at Parsec, where he helps customers and partners understand and realize the value of modern Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). He focuses on translating real-time manufacturing data into clear business and operational outcomes, enabling manufacturers to make better decisions and act with confidence. Ryan supports the positioning and adoption of TrakSYS, Parsec’s integrated manufacturing operations management platform, helping manufacturers gain visibility across production and supply chain operations to proactively address challenges. His areas of expertise include production scheduling and planning, inventory management, quality assurance, and preventive maintenance.
Nick Rivette
Nick Rivette is a Product Manager at Parsec with a strong background in IT leadership, large-scale program delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. He is known for navigating change, driving strategic initiatives, and translating complex operational needs into practical, scalable product outcomes. Nick brings a pragmatic approach to product management, with strengths in stakeholder communication, agile execution, and continuous improvement. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation that supports long-term product success.
Nic Azad
Nic Azad is the Content Marketing Manager at Parsec, where he leads the development of thought leadership and storytelling across manufacturing, MES, and digital transformation. He works closely with product and senior leadership to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with manufacturing leaders. As moderator, Nic brings a sharp understanding of the industry, a curiosity-driven approach, and the ability to guide insightful, practical conversations that connect strategy with real-world execution
